Second Annual Girls Weekend!

The first weekend of May marked the Second Annual Girls Weekend with Angie and Emily!  Always one of my favorite weekends of the whole year!

This year we met up in New Braunfels, where my dad and Beverly so gracious hosted us.

We started the weekend with a nice dinner with our hosts Friday night, then stayed up WAY too late talking and eating snacks...how were we hungry?

Let's guess who brought what snacks.....baby goldfish: 5 month pregnant Angie, Double Stuf Oreos: Me, duh, more Reese's and KitKats than we SHOULD eat in a weekend: Em.  

Needless to say, we didn't go hungry the entire weekend :)

Saturday morning, after sleeping in a bit, we headed to Wimberly, Texas for their monthly Market Days. We enjoyed a little shopping....

then headed back to the house to go tubing and saw this....newest Buccee's opening next weekend....my mom definitely went on opening day :)

after a relaxing tubing trip we got dressed for dinner and decided to grab some mexican food.

We came back that night and enjoyed some more girl talk.  A wonderfully restful and fun weekend with amazing friends.  You girls are the best and I don't know where I'd be without you both!  Thank you for always encouraging me and making me laugh.  You are too fun!  I am looking forward to many many more weekend retreats to come!  Love you both!
