A "few" pictures from our amazing trip to El Dorado Royale with Tom and Angie!(http://www.eldoradosparesorts.com/hotels/el_dorado_royale/)
On the road to SA! It was cheaper to fly from SA AND we would get to fly with Tom and Angie, so we decided we would rent a car for our one way trip to SA. (On the way there and back, our flight went through Houston, so on the way home, we just stayed in Houston!-genius plan Debby!)
(Debby, our travel agent since our honeymoon is awesome-http://3dcruiseandtravel.com/)
Getting the party started :) thanks to the bartender/babysitter/grandpa (Angie's dad). Ang and Matt are matching in their pre vacation wardrobe.
Cole-always a cutie!
The next morning we left REALLY early, 4:45?!, and headed to warmer weather! (The day we left it got really cold in Texas, so it was great to escape down south)
First stop....Houston airpport
On the way to Paradise!
Shuttle from the hotel! Get us to the beach!
Hotel entrance-I was a little slow snapping the picture!
Champagne at the lobby when we arrived!
Our first view of the resort! It's huge!

First stop-LUNCH, poolside of course
Our room, which walked out to our "backyard"
Matt was ready to relax....
our backyard-so perfect!
We then headed to the beach to relax, play in the water, toss a ball, read, anything but work!
A few hours later.....we ate again.....
Getting ready to head to dinner!
Matt getting fancy at the Italian restaurant
Most nights we went to bed pretty early, which was great for catching up on sleep! Total relaxation!
The next day, after eating a lot for breakfast, we played at the beach for a while, and then hit the pool!
Our backyard guest
more drinks and pool time
Relaxing before dinner
Dinner at the Mexican restaurant!
We stopped by a bar with swings after dinner!
Serenaded by our waiter at breakfast the next morning! Quite the opera singer!
Matt got a boo boo while playing water polo...so he got a very manly bandaid

are you hungry yet? room service is always an option!
Then time to get ready for dinner....
We headed to the Asian food restaurant, on the Casitas side of the hotel
Our last morning, we had the breakfast buffet....again
Matt tried out some interesting fruit!
The whale-looking bumps in the water are there to slow beach erosion, as our resident water resources engineer had explained earlier in the trip! Nice call Tom! We never doubted you!
Our last morning soaking up the sun!
Outside our room, before we say bye to Mexico, for now.
gotta enjoy our last plateful, or two, of guac and pico! OMG I wish I had some now!
A toast to a perfect vacation
heading back to the airport....a little tanner, and a lot more relaxed!
